PDR Partner is a car workshop based in Oslo, Norway, specializing in paintless dent repair (PDR). This technique allows them to efficiently repair dents and damages on vehicle bodies without the need for traditional repainting. PDR Partner offers both in-shop services and mobile repairs, where their skilled technicians can travel directly to customers’ locations, even to parking lots. The PDR method requires minimal equipment, making it an ideal solution for on-site repairs.

The collaboration with PDR Partner involved the development of a user-friendly website and an automated system for online price estimate requests from clients. In addition, I created a comprehensive administration panel that enables the company manager to efficiently schedule and manage appointments. This system streamlines the entire booking process, allowing for smoother coordination and improved customer service, while also reducing administrative workload for the team.

UI/UX

A key component of the project was designing a high-converting landing page and an intuitive price estimate form. Since the website serves as the company’s primary source of lead generation, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience was essential. The goal was to optimize the user journey, making it as easy as possible for potential customers to request estimates and engage with PDR Partner’s services.

Mobile Responsivness

Important aspect of the project was ensuring the website’s mobile responsiveness. With many users accessing the site via smartphones, I optimized the design to provide a smooth, seamless experience across all devices, ensuring ease of use and accessibility for potential customers on the go.

Online Price estimate

The online price estimate is the core functionality of the website. It allows customers to easily submit details about the damage to their vehicle, including the option to upload or take a picture of the damage and attach it to their request. The form also features an interactive tool where users can specify the location of the damage on a car model, helping the manager provide a more accurate and tailored estimate. This streamlined process ensures more precise offers and enhances the overall customer experience.
