UI/UX
The website serves as the primary marketing tool for promoting Extraday’s services, making user experience a top priority. The main challenge was ensuring a seamless transition from the homepage to the interactive booking form, given the website’s extensive content and the variety of tours offered. The goal was to create an intuitive flow that allowed users to easily navigate through the different trip options and book their tours with ease.
Digital Payments
Given the variety of trips offered each week, managing costs was a challenge. To address this, I developed a system where clients reserve their seat with blocked funds instead of immediate payment. Payments are only processed once the organizer confirms the trip is running. This ensures clients feel secure in their bookings, while the organizer avoids the need to refund tickets.
CMS
The nature of the business required integrating a content management system (CMS) that enables the company owners to easily update website content, as well as add or modify trip details, gallery images, and guide profiles.
