E-commerce Platform
A central element of the project was the design of a high-performing and dependable e-commerce platform. The platform enables users to create both business and personal accounts, streamlining the process for ordering and purchasing products. Additional features include integrated chat functionality, options for initiating product returns and reclamations, and the ability for users to submit gearbox regeneration requests, which are automatically routed to the admin panel for efficient handling.
Admin Panel
The admin panel serves as the core of the marketplace, providing our client with comprehensive control over all aspects of the e-commerce platform. It facilitates everything from product creation and inventory management to generating delivery labels and tracking shipment statuses. Additionally, the panel supports efficient communication with customers, enabling quick and streamlined interactions.
Ebay Synchronication
Inventory synchronization was a top priority for our client, as they wanted to maintain a presence on eBay while expanding to a new platform. No existing tool offered the necessary cross-platform management features, so we developed a custom inventory management solution integrated into the client’s admin panel. The key aspect of this solution was ensuring accurate and timely communication between both platforms, enabling seamless updates on new purchases, stock levels, and product availability. This setup allows inventory to be managed effectively across both platforms without discrepancies.
